First up, I'd like to thank all the people who gave me their best wishes on my last journal entry. Every word of kindness counts and I appreciated every single one you guys gave me

I'm feeling much better. The hospital hasn't called back so I'm guessing I had nothing serious after all. If I had to guess, I'd say I had a little case of anemia.I spoke about it to a trainer where that works at my gym and she told me that she had anemia after her pregnancy and her symptoms sounded exactly like mine.
I'm not a 100% back to my full health, I can't train as hard as I used to, but at least, I don't spend my days sleeping and I'm not out of breath just because I went to the fridge or something.
So, you're probably wondering why the title of my entry is "That was Unexpected", well, it's because of my dad. I mentioned in a couple of entries that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Well, he's going on the operation table tomorrow (July 1st, happy Canada Day for him huh). Thing is, he was told by the doctors that most operations are done on Monday...so I was surprised when he said that it was going to happen tomorrow. I am worried, I have anxiety issues (although, their not as bad as they used to be), and I have the tendency to imagine every worst kind of scenario possible...like him having heart failure on the operation table or something..But this surgery (even if it takes 4 hours) usually doesn't have any complications, but the recovery time is kinda of long...He'll be in the hospital for a week and has at least 6 weeks of staying put at home. It kinda sucks, he rides his motorcycle a lot with his buddies and my mom in the summer (yup, she has her own bike, go mom!), so there won't be a of of that this year...
But hey, if he beats the cancer and it doesn't come back, there will be plenty of summers for him to enjoy.
